As of May 20 FTL Logistics Ltd. begins a new loyalty campaign/program for clients during which the clients may receive different rewards. The loyalty campaign/program shall be valid for unlimited period of time.

About the campaign/program:

It is quite simple! Begin to collect points as of May 20, 2009. For every cargo delivery that you order to FTL Logistics Ltd. you shall receive 1 bonus point. After collecting a certain amount of points you shall have the opportunity to choose a prize:

 

Conditions of the campaign/program


1. General conditions

1.1. The organizer of the campaign/program is „FTL Logistics” Ltd. (hereunder  FTL Logistics).

1.2. The beginning of the campaign/program is May 20, 2009 and it is valid for unlimited period of time.

1.3. All the clients that use the services provided by FTL Logistics may take a part in the campaign/program.

1.4. Participants must register in the web site www.ftllogistics.lv to begin participation in the campaign/program. It is also possible to follow the amount of the points in the web page.

1.5. If the company has more than one person responsible for ordering the transport services (orders the deliveries) each employee must register individually.

 

2. Calculating the points

2.1. Each time the cargo delivery is ordered to FTL Logistics the client shall receive one bonus point for each order.

2.2. Save those points and follow the amount of the points in the FTL Logistics web site www.ftllogistics.lv.

2.3. Client may see the information regarding the total amount of the points in the web site www.ftllogistics.lv.

 


3. Description of the prizes.

3.1. Each client may chose the prizes accordingly to the collected points. Full catalogue of the prizes is available in the web site www.ftllogistics.lv

3.2. FTL Logistics has the rights to change the prize list during the campaign.

3.3. The prizes are not compensated in money.

3.4. Participant may chose the prizes according to the amount of collected points.

3.5. After ordering and receiving a certain prize the amount of saved points decreases according to the value of the prize in points.

 

4. Ordering and receiving the prizes

4.1. To order any campaign prizes please send an email with order to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by fax +371 67 186 461. You may also order prizes through web site www.ftllogistics.lv.

4.2. Prizes may be ordered and bought only by client. FTL Logistics has the rights to refuse the delivery of the prize, if identification of the client is impossible.

4.3. The employee of FTL Logistics informs the client about the time and place of receiving the prize.

4.4. If the campaign is closed, all the points that are not used shall be cancelled and are not compensated in the money or other valuables.

4.5. If the payment of the invoice is delayed, client may not use the points. Client may not use the points to pay for invoices.

5. Other conditions

5.1. FTL Logistics retain the rights to change or improve the conditions of the campaign providing the information to the client personally or publishing it in the web site www.ftllogistics.lv, also to terminate the campaign giving a notice 3 months earlier.

5.2. Additional information regarding the campaign may be received from the employee working with the client and in web site www.ftllogistics.lv.
